Mike Hanks

With 25 years of pastoral leadership at a Pentecostal church in Ceres, California, Mike has served in multiple leadership roles within the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI). As a presbyter and division leader, he has mentored pastors, guided ministries, and supported the development of leaders across multiple age groups. His certifications underscore his profound understanding of leadership and organizational growth, as evidenced by his roles as both a Maxwell Leadership Coach and a GiANT Worldwide Coach.

With a degree from Full Sail University and over a decade in the marketing industry, Josh has worked with businesses, churches, and educational institutions worldwide, delivering strategic marketing solutions and branding excellence. His expertise in brand development, digital strategy, and business growth has helped countless organizations refine their messaging and expand their reach. A lifelong learner, Josh has taken numerous professional development steps.
